- - Will and Reba Schraven

Will and Reba have been involved in full-time ministry since 1980. Will received his call to ministry while stationed in bella Napoli, Italy. Along with serving in pastoral positions, his passion for Christ's Bride, and its pastors, propelled him to found Pinnacle Ministries Inc. in the 1990's. This was his first association with Barnabas Ministries as a fellow care-giver to shepherds through the CareGivers Forum.

Will is a graduate of Northwestern College in Roseville, Minnesota with a degree in Ministry and Social Sciences. He obtained his Master's Degree in Counseling from Olivet University, Kankakee, IL. His ordination is through the EFCA. He's served as a "Barnabas" type encourager in Christian camps, churches, mission organizations and as a leadership consultant both in the states and overseas.

Services available for Churches:

• Intentional Interim - Assessing and providing services for churches that are without a pastor. Providing consistent preaching/teaching and pastoral duties. On site up to 4 days per week.
• Consulting - providing feedback to church leadership in order to enhance communication, leadership skills and focus for the future work with their next pastor.
• Coaching - pastors and or church leaders.
• Seminars - equipping for ministry health and effectiveness
• Resourcing - networking with additional clergy "care-giving" resources

Services available for Pastors and Missionaries:

• Consulting, coaching and resourcing provided as funds are made available by donors who are committed to the well-being of pastors and missionaries.

All donations are tax deductible and should be sent to Barnabas Ministries for the Schraven's ministry.
